Our rates per studio/night until December 2008 are:

All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Each studio (chalet) accommodates up to 2 persons (1 king size bed each).

Single midweek nights are generally available throughout the year (with the exception of school holidays and the Bright Autumn Festival) and attract a 10% surcharge.

Single Friday or Saturday nights are occasionally available and are subject to a 10% surcharge.

Payment options:
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation amount is required at the time of making the reservation on-line or by phone (payment by credit card), or within three business days if paying by cheque or direct deposit into our account. We accept Master Card and Visa for credit card payments. (NO American Express or Diners Cards please). If the deposit is not received within 3 business days, the reservation will be cancelled. The deposit paid will be deducted from your final payment for the accommodation. Full payment for accommodation cost is required 14 days before arriving (payment can be made on-line if booking has been made on-line) unless otherwise agreed. The cost for optional extras booked with your accommodation package may be paid during your stay.

Reservations of particular studios:
We endevour to at all times comply with requests/on-line bookings for a particular studio. However, we reserve the right to re-assign bookings to another studio/studios if required by our overall booking situation.

Cancellation policy:
The deposit paid will be returned (or, if appropriate, transferred to an alternative booking date) if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before check-in date. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted if the deposit is refunded (does not apply if tranferred to a later booking date).
Refund of the deposit (minus a $50 cancellation fee) on cancellations fourteen days or less before check-in date, will be subject to the reservation being re-sold in full. Late check-in and early check-out, and no-show will trigger liability for the full amount of your reservation.

When you make a booking we will normally ask for the following personal information:
- Your name and the name of your traveling partner (not mandatory)
- Name of your company (if you require a tax invoice)
- e-mail address (so that we can send you your booking confirmation)
- contact phone number
- estimated time of arrival (so that we can switch on the aircon/heater if required and leave a couple of lights
on if you arrive late, which is not a problem)
- credit card details if paying by this method
- where you found The Buckland (i.e. on which internet side or book etc.)
- whether your or your traveling partner have any food restrictions we should know of to be able to provide you with appropriate breakfast options.

All information you give to us is kept safe and will not be shared with anyone else.
You will also be given the choice of being included in our email data base to receive our newsletter and notifications of seasonal specials.
